Terms for Let's buy

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Let's buy, a mobile application operated by Kourion Apps LTD, London, United Kingdom. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app or purchase a subscription.

1. Who we are

Let's buy is provided by Kourion Apps LTD, based in London, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these Terms mean Kourion Apps LTD.

2. Eligibility and use of the app

You may use Let's buy only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the app, the content you enter, and any lists or shared links you create do not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

3. App features

Let's buy is a list and shopping companion app that may allow you to create, edit, organize, store, and share list-related content. We may update, improve, change, suspend, or remove features at any time to maintain or improve the app.

4. App Store purchases and subscriptions

Certain features of Let's buy may require a paid subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Your purchase is processed by Apple, and your use of the App Store is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple Media Services terms.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where allowed by law.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies.

5. Pricing and availability

Subscription prices, billing periods, introductory offers, and available features may vary by country, currency, promotional campaign, or App Store configuration. The price and terms shown to you in the App Store at the time of purchase will apply.

6. No transfer of subscription rights

Subscriptions are personal to the Apple account used for purchase and may not be transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or resold except where required by law.

7. User content and responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, sync, or share through Let's buy, including list names, notes, and shared links. You must not use the app to submit unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content, or to interfere with the security or operation of the app.

8. Intellectual property

The app, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Kourion Apps LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Acceptable use restrictions

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app except where permitted by law;
use the app to transmit malicious code, spam, or unauthorized advertising;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
use the app in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

10. Availability and service changes

We aim to keep Let's buy available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, network issues, third-party service interruptions, or device limitations may affect availability.

11. Third-party services

Let's buy relies on third-party services, including Apple, Firebase, RevenueCat, Google Analytics, and Amplitude. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices, and their availability can affect the functionality of the app.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's buy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will always be secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific use.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kourion Apps LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business arising out of or related to your use of Let's buy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Let's buy if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the app, or if we reasonably need to protect the app, our users, or our business. Subscription cancellation through Apple does not automatically delete data already stored in the app or connected services.

15. Privacy

Your use of Let's buy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected, used, and shared.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent consumer protection laws in your country of residence require the application of mandatory local law. Courts with jurisdiction in England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
